Many people have this problem all over the world; when they try to watch vids on youtube they get that error. this issue happened suddenly to all of them.
Some solutions i've heard:
- reinstalling your browser
-try FLOCK (i think this is another browser or something)
-Changing your IP
- disengaging some kind of accelerator (some people use that for better speed on the internet)
